I found solace in a simple ritual-sitting on my balcony with a candle burning letting its soft glow and calming scent quiet my racing thoughts. It was in these moments of stillness that I realized something important. I wasn't alone in needing this kind of escape. Life moves fast, and we often forget to pause for ourselves.
